Focusing, on your breath, for only moment. You feel it; it enters your mouth, either cool or warm in sensation. Traveling down your throat like a speeding train, it fills with this soothing consciousness, filling the lungs with a lighting expressive flurry as it welcomes oxygen once again. Breathing, so natural, the only intake the body can consume daily, with or without permission. However, is the fault of the human’s breath, that it cannot be repressed; because without air you die? Without air, you cannot breath. So you must, or you will die, it is that simple. But, what if breathing became a torture in itself. Imagine, waking every day, to the smell and stagnant air of collected corpses, or rotting beings. You breathe in, tasting that very flesh that boils and fumigates by you, a simply inconceivable taste or volume. And that in itself has drove the many in the Asylum basement insane, beyond the limits of natural human pathetic standards, this sanity, beckons nothing, it is so deep into your mind that you can barely tell who you were, where you came from. In essence, you’re completely new. Born another being, in your very mind. A man walked into view the basement lights the only thing visible by him now, his grey hair and eyes showing an elderly secretive being. Pale skin meaning he’d been down here for too long, and dry lips, out of thirst or hunger. His pharmaceutical coat covered in blood, and grime. Rust from metal tools he worked with. What did he work with? Construction maybe. It was hard to explain. He was insane really; it was being pressured on him to conduct rather interesting experiments on the mind-dead down here. Cut one up, examine the blood, the organs, and force another to eat them, see if it strengthens their body in some way. Who ever paid him to do this was rather idiotic, why not just higher a demon or angel? This could be much more effective. However, this man and we’ll refer to him as Isleborough for now was much more sinister and secretive than his employer thought. He already had a way in beefing human physical’s and more, he could even make his own being, even stronger than a human. It wasn’t hard for him. He was a sage when it came to dark Magick. He looked about, to make sure no one was following, and opened a dark door, the brown stained walls a glossy shine from either wet moist air or the sweat of others. He descended silently down a spiraling flight of stairs, half way down, the moans of half-decayed people could be head, and he opened the door using small skeleton key. He was met with foul smells, human waste, and human death. It was the same though; he was use to it, never truly bothered him. He walked more, to the right him were cells; plenty, maybe about fifty in order, all of which were caked in blood. On the floor were chains, a small hammock maybe. The people inside discolored, ravaged with disease, or wounds of disgusting proportions. Around him was a collection of tools, iron rusted, blood sealed, jagged edge blades. Guillotines marked with rims that meant they hit rather hard bones coming down. Steel cages with spikes emanating from the surface. Oh yes, this was a place for a lunatic to live. He stopped not far from another door, and opened it slowly, as if trying not to wake something, he peered in with a different gaze now. Before, he seemed bored, almost uninterested in anything. However, now, his eyes peered with a curiosity and an almost serene gaze. He flicked on a light, a small beam upon a person in a chair, a strange helm on her head. He took a couple steps in and looked her over. Wearing the strange outfit she always wears. “Evangeline.” He said aloud. There was not a sense of movement. The girl merely sat there, though the soft ring of breath could be heard from the girl. It was as if she was sleeping. Nevertheless, Evangeline never slept, and that is not why her skin is blue. Not in here, she was far too anxious, she’s never seen, walked, talked, done anything before. Therefore, no wonder she was the closet thing to sane in here. She was met with foul smells, but she didn’t make a face, only swiveled her head around for a moment to see the man behind her, eyes hidden by that strange gizmo. Her hands were latched to the chair, her feet to the floor, a collar around her neck with a chain holstered to the ceiling. He didn’t want her leaving yet, he still had tests, many to test. If he wanted Eva to be perfect. But the final test meant meeting another. Nevertheless, when was that to happen down here?

She was very pretty dressed up in a fine red dress. Her skin was a milky white her eyes a vibrant icy blue. Raven black curls rested around her slender shoulders as her delicate form moved through the main lobby to the front desk where a young man sat reading over the folders he had been handed moments ago by another doctor. Keeping the rim of her white flowered hat low her beautiful crisp voice moved to his heads as she stood erect and alert near the desk. "I am here to see a friend."
His eyes shifted quickly towards her attempting to see her face hidden behind the hat, only her bright red lips visible. When he realized her face was covered his eyes moved to her lush breasts nearly glaring at him. They were prefect almost hypnotic looking at them and their splendor. He could not keep his silence long and simply just had to ask what her name was hoping that maybe fait would give him the chance to dance with her in the bed sheets. "Miss can I get your name please?"
"Now what would you need my name for, names are unimportant." Her voice had gone from sweet and charming to rather cross. Her black gloves hands rested on the table lightly. "Just tell me where I can find Dr. Smith please."
"I am sorry miss but Dr. Smith is not in today. I can direct you to one of the other doctors if you wish." She moved her head a little as he caught sight of her face and felt he had seen her before. "Excuse me miss...but do I know you?"
A dark little smile crossed her face making him feel uneasy. Before he could shout out or place her name a serrated knife flew across his neck slitting his throat and making the red liquid flow onto the desk. "You ask to many questions dear boy." Holding the knife tight in her hand Diva moved down the Asylum hall ripping the hat free from her head and tossing it away. The basement was where she was headed and only because that had been where they took her, trying to discover what she was.
What she was, she was smarter and stronger, it was as simple as that. She was above the human race and proud of it. A dark voice whispered in her head, a males voice directing her along to the stairs winding down and down until she came to a locked door. "Now what?" Her voice was not annoyed nor did it even shift in emotion but rather seemed monotone. 'You know better then that.'
She smiled again, indeed she did, she did know better then to underestimate herself. Taking a deep breath she closed her eyes and stepped forward. Lifting her left leg she kicked at the door first denting it horribly and with the second knocked it from it's hinges. Remarkable it was the discovery of a new human race perhaps? No simply just a woman possessed by a very old very powerful demon. "Knock knock lover...I'm home." Twirling her blade around her fingers she looked over to a young nurse walking around in her white dress and just trying to bring a jar of blood from one room to another. Before she could so much as scream Diva jumped forward cutting her throat and letting the blood fly all over the clean white walls.
"You little whore look at this, you got blood all over my dress." Diva showed the woman the stain as she gasped holding her throat. She tried to scream but all that came out were gurgling sounds. Rolling her eyes almost sarcastically Diva kicked her in the head pushing her onto the floor where her blood pooled around her head. Picking her skirt up in a rather ladylike fashion Diva continued down the halls closer to the lab cutting down anyone in her way rather skillfully and without even really trying.
Bodies dropped around her before they could cry out until one patient screamed at the top of his lungs. "Doctor its Diva she's come ba..."
Diva pushed him against the wall looking at the little skeleton being, her eyes gleaming almost red as blood dripped off her delicate little chin. "Shut up you...impotent little ape. Look at yourself, your sick and disgusting, your whole race is disgusting. You know what happens to little boys who cry wolf...they get their tongues cut out." She put the blade against his lips and moved closer to his face. "But for you I will make an exception."
Pulling the blade away she seemed to spare him pressing her lips against his and kissing him with a rather rabid excitement. It seemed a moment even he got a little excited as his chest pressed against her breasts and his hands wrapped around her hips. Then the patient jumped and let out a muffled scream, blood running down the side of his mouth and dripping onto his shirt. Pushing him against the wall Diva stepped back, blood around her mouth as she spit out a chunk of flesh.
Falling to the ground the patient cried, blood running from between his lips as he touches the little flap left of his tongue. "Consider it a gift...I let you live."

Suddenly he heard a loud scream, the scream of blood and pain, a powerful thump, metal colliding with stone and more metal. He’s heard those far to many times in here. He thought maybe a super being escaped again, but no . . . What the hell was going on out there? IsleBorough took a deep breath he was about to open the door when he heard a male scream out, “Doctor its Diva-” suddenly he was cut off. Diva? Wasn’t she one of the other experiments? Obviously, either coming back for revenge or to kill someone or whatever, it didn’t matter to him. As long as he kept his experiment safe he could care less what Professor Smith got himself into anyways. “Damn.” He muttered to himself as he applied a latch to the door, and then another to a rather interesting device barring it as much as possible. He took steps back panting, hyperventilation kicking in, the adrenaline flowing. He knew that wouldn’t keep whoever this woman was out for long. He rotated to Eva gripping the latchets that kept her hands still and began commencing to unlock them.
Eva was met with stunning noises, one point she heard a door, a thick one being slammed into a wall, another as she heard liquids hit the floor. Her extreme senses telling her a story basically. She heard the foot steps, the shrill screams, and then even the sound of flesh hitting the floor. All of them made no sense to her. However, it wasn’t that that caught her attention the most, whatever it was doing all of this was getting closer and closer. Suddenly everything became blurry as the man lifted a small notch on her visor like helm. The strange object lighting up for a moment, she suddenly felt one of her hands free, a muscle that had not been used for about eleven years now, and finally she lifted it and examined it. Her eyes then shifted to Dr.IsleBorough who worked quickly to unlatch her other arm. He proceeded to do the same for her legs. He clipped them both. Then pulled back. Only thing he had to take off now was the collar. And as he did so, Eva stood slowly and peered up at him with those black eyes and pinkish iris’. He froze for a moment in time.
His eyes narrowed as he looked at her pupils, her face, and closed his own to stare at the floor, raising a hand to pat the girl on the forehead. Suddenly a small acute noise came from her throat; she did it once or twice. Attempting to talk probably. He listened for as long as he could until he sighed and looked away. “Shhh Eva . . .” he said trying to sooth her incase she was frightened. Which she wasn’t. “It’ll be fine, I promise.” If anything, Eva was worried about him. He peered back over, she was wobbling; this girl couldn’t get out of here by herself. She’d have to swim through the lake, which was impossible. His initial plan was to sneak her to the passages, and let her go free. She extended a hand to the man, who was stuck in time almost; he seemed on his last whim right now. Already this intruder was causing his plans to become utter failures.
Or was she?
He thought for a moment. Looking to the door . . . a plan was in mind . . . one that could set the keys in motions . . .

"Diva be ratinal why are you doing this. Thin a moment what will this gain for you?" The doctor nearly begged and pleaded as she stood before him glaring at him with such utter hatred. Despite not being the tallest creature alive he felt as if he had to look up at this bitter woman to see her face but even as he did her face seemed shrouded in shadows. Her blue eyes flickered red a moment as her single voice morphed into two, one a males and one a females. So metallic and dark the doctor shuttered and folded his hands to pray.
She was quick to reply without even thinking on it, "I am being rational and I am killing all of you because then maybe I can sleep at night. You took away my life, don't you deserve to die for that?" She looked to his hands punching him in the ribs and making him cry out as the strange duel voice continued, "Why pray to your false gods when they can't save you. If there were such things as gods don't you think they would have saved me?" A little smile crossed her face as if she were suddenly amused, "I needed no god to save me, just my...friend. What should we do with him Abraxus?"
Had this been your average asylum he would of thought her to simply be crazy but this was not your normal asylum and he knew just who Abraxus was. Closing his eyes he bit his lip knowing the demons name and what it stood for in this world. They had been working on Diva to try and understand the human body during demonic possession. They had cute her and watched her heal rapidly, they had put her in straight jackets to keep the demon from lashing out at them, it had all been a mistake. You never locked up a demon unless you had a death wish.
"I thought you would see it my way Abraxus, that is why I do love you so. You know dear boy I have learned something in your version of science, something I find rather interesting. Cut off a mans dick and he still wants to sleep with every unfortunate in the streets. You creatures, your so sick, I grow tired of your helpless little cries. Your like an infant, here let me help you my pulling you bloody mothers teat from you mouth."
Grabbing the doctor by the hair she knocked him to the ground still holding his head and cut at his throat with as much force as she could muster. Her proud listen knife did it's job, a clean clear amputation. His neck severed quickly as the body fell to the floor and the eyes remained blinking. "Now I can always keep you close to my heart...or kick you around and play child’s games with you, I am certain you would like that."
She tossed the head away without really thinking on her actions nor really even blinking at what she had done. It was just another day in her life, another body and a longer trail of blood. Moving along the hall now she nearly skipped as she hummed and sag a pretty tune, slowly getting into a song by Handel she stopped at a locked up door and laughed a little. These humans, who did they think they were? Tapping on the door lightly she acted sweet at first, her voice very light and pretty. "Oh dear sweet doctor there is a crazy oman in teh halls killing everyone, I am certain if you let me in I would thank you greatly, I would do...anything for you."
It was obvious by her calm tone that she was not afraid, she just liked screwing with them. Even more so she liked throwing her sexuality all over them because still being human she did have those dark little urges, but also being possessed by a demon she saw how foolishly primal it was and loved to punish other humans like bad dogs. When the door remained shut her voice split into two once more, her voice and Abraxus's voice, that dark metallic sound like metal in a grinder. "I'm coming in...not by the hair of my chinny chin chin...we'll see about that."
Grabbing the door she giggled playfully as the hinges slowly gave in and snapped, the locks holding the door to the frame as long as it could but that was simply not enough. Her fingers dug into the metal until they bleed and with one final pull she ripped the door clean off letting it fall to her feet. Her fingertips bleed a little until the blood moved backwards into her skin and the cuts closed shut. Looking around she saw the doctor and some strange looking little pet of his. With her single voice Diva continued, "Hmmm...interesting thing you have there...oh god, Human you smell like the dead have risen. Oh that's right, you humans always smell horrible. Ha, you weak putrid little ant."
Diva's eyes flickered to Eva as hers and Abraxus's voices moved into her head, a small smile on her lips, 'My dear, you plan to stay with this...weak creature before you? Let him play you like a puppet. I can see into his thoughts, he is holding you back. Show the creator that the child is stronger, let him have the death...he has always longed for and I can make you better then he ever could have. I can do wonderful things because unlike the ape I am not completely human.'
Folding her hands she looked to the doctor and laughed feeling a little amused, "Oh human, playing god are we? Ha...pathetic, your not god...I am. It takes more then making a life to give you that title, it is within taking a life...and living forever." Her voice shifted over to just the metallic male tone as her eyes changed to a bright shade of red and her face took on a shadowy appearance. "Trust me mortal beast of burden, you will never be anything greater then a source of food to my kinsmen and that was the only reason you were made. I can smell it now, the scent of your blood in the air, the sound of your heartbeat. My masters laugh at your weakness...as do I. Now lunch obey and listen you small minded rodent...and give your little pet there a friendly hug."
It was easy to tell when the demon was in control, the room got darker and felt heavier. A cold chill ran deep into your bone and even Diva changed in looks a little, she looked more worn, darker, as if she were some lifeless little corpse dangling from a hook. A large smiled fixed on her face, her teeth all pointed as her lips stretched to inhuman feats. A smile nearly from ear to ear in all reality, she was nothing but teeth now. The demon was known for it's mental manipulation, his ability to ask someone to do something and to their own horror they would. "Now my dark little princess, would you so kindly take this knife and free yourself...free yourself...truly." She, he,...they handed her the knife with that smile still fixed to their face, a deep bass like voice laughing in what seemed to be the corner of the room. Demons were such clever creatures, so tricky, so disturbed and good at frightening people.

He listened carefully, and soon the hinges on the door were being ripped from there bowels and tossed aside. And entered the dark crimson cloaked woman, his eyes rounded to Eva carefully. A subtle charm in them. She turned too to look at this intruder, though she didn’t know what to think, how to think, she couldn’t exactly speak, not to him at least. The woman started with a comment on himself; and his humanity. He was too calm a man to really care at this point, “Yes, just like a human, to be weak and foul.” He said looking away. Eva was met instantly however with a voice in her head as she looked over at this woman, her attire something couldn’t say. Nevertheless, this being, was she speaking to her mentally. Instantly, the souls in her body reputed, the many millions that created her start to scream as the intruders entered. Though she couldn’t understand what was happening, in due time it only started to drive her nuts. She grabbed her head shivered. IsleBorough looking over with a worried stare, and then back to the woman as she commented on how he was playing god. A smile formed on his lips a dark one. And slowly but surely laughter started to poor from his lips. “I play god? I wouldn’t want that power.” He said looking to the stony walls and then back at Eva who had crumbled to the floor. “If there is a god in here, it’d be either you . . .” he lifted a finger and pointed to Eva, “Or her . . .” he looked over smiling as if all was well. “Yes, merely human, these last years I’ve lived with a race so incoherently destructive and repulsive that not even I can atone for what they’ve down. Spent long, long years trying to break that mental connection between humanity and myself. Nevertheless, to what avail? I still carry their foul skin; I still create their disgusting fluids. No matter how I try, I must be a plague, a plague a the human race in itself.” He laughed again, this time with a grim glare, this time pointing to her, “Tell this to whoever gives you power, he cannot hide in the human world for long.” He looked over at the walls, “This entire facility is lined with dynamite. I did this, without the consent of the other doctors. For I expected something like this to happen eventually. I as you see . . . I’m not the sociable kind.” He ripped out a small knife, “I connected the bombs to a lifelong unbreakable signet and my very heart. Upon my death, you’ll fifteen minutes to leave this accursed place.” He eyes became vivid, “But my dear, I’ll give you a small taste of what this girl can do, demonstration of your new toy!” suddenly he lashed out as Eva was lifting to stand, and a streak of blood sprayed from her throat as he split it open. She fell over crying out meekly, so much pain? All at once! This wasn’t suppose to happen now was it. She watched the sprayed from the gapping wound on her neck, coughing as she felt it enter her mouth. However, the wound slowly closed and receded. She coughs up the remainder of blood that spilled up her throat so perniciously. And watched as the blood that tatter the walls began to react. She looked over at IsleBorough, who was chuckling, one hand over one of his eye, “Imagine a being, who is the collection of millions souls! These souls ranging completely from that of a Human, to even Seraph or a Devil. Imagine all that ill content from these beings combined into a singular presence, that my dear is her.” He watched as the blood began to manifest, it slowly but surely became Fleshy growing to became putrid husk of meat on the wall, the stench coming from them even worse than that of a decaying bodies. The flesh grew and grew slowly encompassing the walls, the extrusions sooner or later looking bone like, and sickly as one opened up to allow a bulbous fleshy circular matter mount the way, it wriggle almost as if containing something. The doctor laughed again and looked back at Diva, “And you have this perfect toy all for yourself, you’re special . . .” he said, tossing the knife to her so it fell before him. He pulled a pistol from his pocket, “however, you don’t need to kill me, I can do that myself.” and extending it to his jaw, he pulled the trigger, as an explosion of blood and brains left his head. And fell against the wall like some kind of bloody ragdoll. Eva watched with wide eyes. Never seeing death before, however, now she was started to gain an emotion of fear, as she watched the bulbous spherical meat bag on the wall writhe with something in it. Suddenly it shrieked and she freaked instantly kicking into a run but was cut short and practically lariat by the chain on the ceiling, she freaked more tugging with all her might until the metal gave way to her inhuman strength and snapped she fell forward to land at the feet of Diva, where she looked up with shrill gaze. In the background however, the orb suddenly burst sickly yellow ooze seeped from it as it broke open and out came about thirty spiders like creations, their bodies skinless headless, or so it seemed. They fell to the floor and spiraled around the walls, suddenly another large sphere appeared, and another, the room soon went dark as the flesh covered the lights, still growing still consuming, By now it was half way in the room.

Code: 177623 Disruption: Unauthorized Afterlife Activity Action: Elimination
The room seemed to have all life sucked from it as the fleshy substance took over the walls. A strange metallic scream shifting through the room as the walls shook. It felt as if some sleeping ancient being shifted in its sleep. A disruption in time and existence, a potential shift of balance that would knock existence into...well the idea was clear. Action was to take place by those who called themselves nameless things such were unspoken creatures to be punished, one who's half body ran the universe as the rest of her laid hidden in nothingness. Code Name: The Mother.
Her beast cleaned the world, organized everything, with high psychic powers she along with the seven corrected errors in the Afterlife. Shifted reality in order to preserve the paradox that held everything together. The nameless one let her half bodies being unleash her gift to control the event to the slightest. It did not destroy the fleshy sacks emerging nor the creatures but stopped the spread to prevent infection of the Afterlife. Aside from simply halting time within the knowledge of the growing tissue it kept a single organ moving forward.
In order for good to exist evil had to survive, an evil growing in the Asylum that would one day change history. Within the chest of the good doctor his lifeless heart moved, pumped despite his life being over. The pulsing organ refusing to halt until the day came it was willed to stop, when the asylum had to die, a living creature rather then a standing lifeless building. The floors swallowed his body, making him something aside from human, making him apart of the living and breathing building. It moaned and groaned as it tried to assimilate his tissues. The patter of his heart fading behind the brick walls and flesh tissues. The others had to clean up the rest, it was trusted.
Code: 177623 Task: Complete AB: Subject 272 Eve ((Evelyn)) + Adam ((Adomus))
Unauthorized Activity: Communication AB: The Mother
((Hey if you are confused it is just Evelyn and Adomus ((The children or creations of the Afterlife’s creator keeping balanced order.)) Question…the last part of that is one of the sisters trying to make connection to the world by using Eva as sort of a radio station; using her brain to communicate with one of them…if that is okay with you. I am thinking it would be Lady V since she is more pressed to communicate with someone. It does not change a person too much other then from time to time Lady V jumping into your thread and telling her something or making her see something important that people have to know to keep balance. Sort of like the only people she can connect with to warn them about what is going to happen. If you don’t want her…it…invading your mind that is okay.

Abraxus giggled, one eye closing as the other stayed open as if his control on the other side faltered a moment. "You can tell me that yourself doctor...as far as blowing up this hell hole I would like to see you try. You see so many like me wonder these halls and call this home. Don't you think they would all be stronger then your silly little fireworks?"
Watching with fascination Diva saw the girls throat cut, her blood spraying about as she clapped her hands in a rather dark and glee filled manor. With a little giggle at his earlier comment Abraxus spoke back. "Interesting...but if she is a god what do you think her majesties will think of her? Don't you know about…oh but wait, such a little mind as your own can not comprehend them. Yes I see now...indeed your mind is too tiny to hold that information. Being rather old myself I know all about them. I was there during their wars...during their power, their reign. I wonder then...is this birdie in the cage going to draw them out into the open again? I wonder."
As her throated healed back up Diva tapped a finger against her elbow and mused, "Impressive, even a seraphim...not as impressive as the originals but I will take it. However good doctor...imagine this one up above your Frankenstein’s monster. Imagine then what the others have created and without your simple science... imagine those creatures. Don't worry doctor if you are lucky when you die you will meet them all. I got to meet them all when I myself was actually alive. The Forgotten, the Unwanted, and best of all the Children. Oh they are her mighty little army indeed. Judge you when your time has come. It will be a true experience for you."
Demons, they were not even 'true' blooded beings of the Afterlife, but they had all inherited the mental abilities of the true bloods. Able to move things through space with their mind, do so much more then humans mental really. If this thing was part of a 'true' After life being then it was a beacon, a terrible beacon in someone’s grand darkness. A great tool to be used. Diva watched the fleshy substance take to the walls, a strange yet beautiful thing. The demon within her body growing in hunger at the scent of death and decay. Eyes shifted to the doctor as he spoke up again.
"Yes...whatever, lucky me...lucky would be an understatement." A red flash moved across her eyes as he shot himself, his body flying into the wall and a small giggle escaping her lips. The creation of his tried to run only to fall down at her feet making her wonder if she should kill the creature or use it. As one of the fleshy sacks ripped open letting out a swarm of strange spiders the lights dimmed within the room and...something seemed to go missing.
It felt like a portion of time had been cut out as the darkness took over and everything seemed to stop. When the light flickered back into place the doctors body was gone and funny thing was Diva didn't think that was too out of the ordinary. She felt rather like something important had happened, that it was suppose to have been this way yet that someone had changed it a little just because they could. It was an odd feeling, made her feel weak and small, the sensation left behind from whatever had happened gave her a small electrical charge and that alone made her realize. This little creature here just might be useful.
Looking down at her she put a hand on her hip and pondered a moment, "Funny isn't it, welcome to my world sweetheart. Come, get yourself off the ground and lets kill these little pets of yours before they do some damage or I get into some serious trouble from the Da Akun. They own this territory, trust me angering them means we all die worse so then you father."
Diva grabbed the chain holding her to the wall and with one hard pull ripped it free fro the ceiling. Tossing it to the side she sighed a little and looked over to the spider beasts. "You made them, how do you kill them. Fire, will fire kill them all? We should burn the inside of this room and lock it up. Is there something flammable here, something that will burn fast? Anything my little pet you could help me out you know or I'll hand you over to Isacar, he is the worst Da Akun to anger, he will make you suffer in every way you can suffer...best yet he never lets you die."
