A clever and beautiful woman with dark hair and green eyes. She looks something like a fairy princess and always wears Victorian attire even before the Victorian era existed because she can bend time and is cool like that. Lady V as she is called is incredibly powerful and is called the mother of angels for she is the one who created the seraphim’s. At times she comes across as a little vane and egotistic but in the end she only cares about her sister and her 'children’s' well being.

Lady V is someone you can no longer meet since she is trapped in none existence. No one can hear her or see her yet she can see and hear everyone. For this she is called the ultimate observer. Lady Victorian alone is perhaps one of the most accurate historians, the only problem is no one can hear her speak so her stories go one unheard except for a few who were born with the special ability and are connected to her. Only these rare humans can hear Lady V and through their bloodline Lady V hopes to one day find freedom among the true world once again.

She is the daughter of Life and Death and the twin sister to Sylvian. She was born from a chunk of ice moving through space that had formed a billion years after the big bang but just before Earth had formed. Her true form is that of a large ice beast that looks much like a large bluish grey winged wolf with sapphire eyes and icicles growing from her spine along her back ranging from only an inch near her tail and ending at seven feet high at her shoulders. In her ice beast form Lady V stands at about 13 to 14 feet tall to the shoulders.

Once known as the raging ice age she and her sister in a great war between each other Lady V took her anger out on the developing world causing it to freeze over and at one point even poisoned 90% of earths population before the dinosaurs. Because of her destructive nature and her habits to war with her sister Lady V was stripped of all her powers and trapped in none existence so her powerful influence would not harm the human race.

Now Lady V wishes to do nothing more then teach the world the things she had learned in her solitary existence watching history pass her by. In all her years of watching she has foreseen something coming our way and knows only she can help to stop this event or disaster. Until she can be free she continues to watch the world and remains ever silent. However if you listen to the wind sometimes you can hear a whisper, some stories say this is Lady V trying to tell the human race what she knows and warn them of something before it is too late.

Polaris/Phoenix and Syl
{Portrayed by Lady Victorian}

Polaris is the twin sister to Lady Victorian with long black curly hair in contrast to her sisters straight hair. She had ice blue eyes and beautiful clear skin. Polaris is also called the phoenix since like her twin she too was born from Life and Death only she came from a great ball of fire or from a star now called Polaris. Polaris was the one to create reincarnation earning her the title of beast who is reborn again. The only misconception is that Polaris can die and be reborn which is not the case at all. It is impossible for Polaris to die however she can make her body burst into flames.

Like her sister she caused chaos on the new forming earth in her battle of sibling rivalry. After many years of her destruction upon the Akun the council decided it was time to trap the sisters to protect humanity. Polaris was locked away, the mighty fire bird trapped in a large bird cage that can never be destroyed. Not even the hottest fire can melt the metal. Since Polaris was caged there came to be a being named Sylvian or Syl who is the guardian of Polaris. No one knows what she is truly there for but some speculate she is there to make sure no one sets the Phoenix free.

Sylvian will offer help and guidance to any who need it but unfortunately she is unable to leave the realm to which Polaris is locked away and bound to the fire bird like a prisoner. The only way to get to her is to enter her realm and to do so is to pay with life’s essence upon purity and you shall be granted access.

Arthur Van Hemingway

The master of The Underworld they call him. A man who is very powerful and runs the London Museum. Aside from his little job he also traffics demonic artifacts and runs a demonic slavery auction selling off some of the most powerful demons as servants. He also has a hand at necromancy and alchemy even if he is far from being skilled enough to create his dreamed Shadower.

He works with his business outside of his private estate and is well known for his desire to capture a true angel but not any angel. He wishes to track down and find the legendary Arch Angel. An angel said to some day become the master above all angels. With the Arch angel in his control he would be able to rule over the world of the undead as a king, no a god. Certainly this middle aged man has high hopes but any rich snob/power hungry banker can dream can’t he?

Arthur runs many underground covens of darkness and could be considered perhaps one of the most famed Dark Knights alive. ((Dark Knights: an organization signed away to the service of the Da Akun who serve Bezzel in exchange for a position in his new world order.))

William Winsington

He is the master behind the chaos happening in London. Possessed by the dark powers of the Da Akun Satire he works as the most dangerous Flesh Puppet alive. His one goal is to unleash his master onto the world and let his reign of darkness and death begin. Aside from that he himself wants to die and become a demon since he sees only the flaws in humans. William works only with demons and works to destroy all angels who try to stop him. He will stop at nothing to destroy the human race and see the world burn.

Originally a doctor William experimented in necromancy and learning about other worlds to see if there was a life after death. It was in doing his research he came across the old book on the Da Akun. Using the translated text he summoned up the spirit of Satire and was pulled into the world of darkness where Satire took him over. Since Da Akun can not come into our world truly without a great summoning and sacrifice in a selected location he sent William back into our world to call him forth into freedom.

For a human he is very powerful and able to call on darkness and the powers of demons to use at his own will. No one can say if William is truly evil or if he is just under the control of a powerful beast. In the end only those who win will find out.

Detective Jonathan Abaline

A detective who investigates murdered on the streets of London. He is incredibly skillful for his young age and always gets his guy. However the sudden rise in crimes had baffled him and somehow with his sixth sense he feels they are all connected somehow. Since he started on the cases he has found himself pulled into a world that only a week ago was impossible but nothing is impossible anymore.

Going from trying to solve murders he now finds himself trapped in the task of trying to find a way to stop the demonic hoards rising up to take control of the human race. Only problem being is a mortal can not to the task alone. He researches as much as he can trying to track these angels who might be able to help him and strangely enough he is a sensitive and able to see angels and demons better then most humans.

Zander Adington

Founded the council of light, an order to fight against dark organizations, demonic orders, and the Underground market. He is called the White Knight of England and it’s ever watchful guardian. The son of a well known doctor and a high class woman Zander is incredibly wealthy and helps to fund homes for those who have none and food for the hungry. It is said he was inspired to do good when he mother was murdered by a group of young men. When Zander was around ten those same men had attacked a family of low class and he watched them butcher a boy younger then him. The three year old girl however Zander took in as his little sister, a girl named Elizabeth.

At age thirteen Zander started tracking down this group of men and found they worked in the Underground trade. By the age of seventeen he had started the Council of Light and only a year later took his revenge on those men who had killed his mother and Elizabeth’s family. Zander now takes care of Elizabeth his ‘little sister’ and guards over the innocents of London. Some say in his office hangs a portrait of the late Lady LeChant to remind him what it is he fights for every day.

Elizabeth Adington

She is the younger sister to the benevolent Zander Adington. Only age eighteen she is unmarried since Zander protects her like a mother lion and will not allow any young man near her. She is not his blood sister, Zander being the only child of his father and mother but instead was rescued by Zander and took her into his home. Elizabeth has only ever known her life with Zander and is unable to recall the murder of her family by those who had killed Zander’s mother.

She is soft spoken and very shy acting much younger then she truly is. What makes Elizabeth important to the organization is that Elizabeth is a sensitive. She has the ability to see angels and demons and most importantly see into the mind of Lady Victorian so she is able to foresee chaos and danger. Unfortunately this puts a strain on her mind making her think forever as in innocent ten year old.

It is said by a man who could see into the future that Elizabeth would give birth to the bloodline which one day will bring about the most important being in history. For this her life is important for down her bloodline will rise a great hero of light who shall shift the balance out of the darkness. Many demons work to hunt and kill Elizabeth in hopes to keep this from coming true. Their only problem is they must first go through the son of an angel to harm her.

Van Helsing

He has returned to London only this time not in the search of some king of the night but something far greater. The famed vampire hunter is in search of demons this time around and with him he brings the great bounty of knowledge from his years of hunting. With his skill and smarts he plans on bringing down the master of this dark demonic operation once he can figure out who it is.

He works alone accepting help from only a few most trusted people to prevent information from leaking to the master. Normal Helsing is against the vampire species however this time he has taken up arms with one, his assistant a vampire of three years Renaldo. Together they are going to purge London of its dark infestation or die trying.

Dorian Gray

He sold his soul to stay young and beautiful forever and since then is unable to die. Dorian has made mistakes in the past and wishes to undue them. By doing so he has watched as London fell into darkness and decided to take it into his own hands. Being an immortal he is free to move among the demons and other life after beings and searches for Zander to help inform him on ‘The Master’

The Alchemist

A French man who came to London due to the sudden increase of unexplained murders. He is perhaps the most powerful Alchemist alive and has been alive far longer then any normal human being retaining almost permanent youth. He wears strange robes and a glass mask made from virgins blood. When killing someone he traps their soul within his mask feeding off of them to stay young forever. Since nearly being killed in Paris he has moved to England in hopes to start over even relocating his lab in the cemetery.

He uses virgins to make the glass for his masks and kills the scum of the street to fuel his mask killing them with a curved blade only four inches long. He is one of those causing the strange unexplained deaths since all those he kills seem to age a little and their skin becomes almost paper white. Aside from small puncture marks on the victims no one can explain these odd changes to the human bodies in such a short amount of time.

The Crow

He and his wife were attacked in the park and mugged. His wife was rapped and murdered before they beat him and killed him. However some souls so over burdened with sorrow can never rest in peace. Rising from the dead he was brought back from the power of a large black crow to seek revenge on those who killed him and his wife. His only interest is revenge and destroying the gang but aside from this he is found useful to many organizations. Unable to die, bleed, or be wounded many powerful people seek to capture him and use them to gain more power in this dark world. The Crow on the other hand has a much different outlook as to what will happen.
